Privacy Policy — A7 Obra Suite

This policy explains how the A7 Obra Suite app (bundle identifier com.a7arquitectura.obra) handles information when you use it. The app is built for A7 Arquitectura S.A.S., a construction company based in Bucaramanga, Colombia, as a productivity tool for its site team and clients.

1.Who we are

A7 Obra Suite is developed and published by Santiago Pineda Botero (referred to here as "we," "us," or "the developer") for A7 Arquitectura S.A.S. The app is used to manage construction projects: site reports, visits, progress photos, and other operational project information.

2.What data we collect and why

The app collects and processes the following data, always for construction-management purposes:

• Site photos (camera): with your permission, the app uses the device camera to take photos of construction progress, which are attached to reports and visits. The camera is only active when you use it.
• Location (GPS): with your permission, the app records your location at the moment you seal a report or a site visit, as evidence that it took place at the job site. There is no background or continuous location tracking.
• Project data: information about the projects (progress, reports, visits, notes, budgets, and other operational data) entered by you or your team.
• Account data: the basic data needed to identify you within the system (for example, name and email assigned by the company).

This data is used exclusively to manage and document the construction projects of A7 Arquitectura S.A.S. and to let the team and clients follow the progress of their projects. We do not use your data for advertising, commercial profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the construction operation.

3.Sync with our own server

The information you record in the app syncs with our own backend, hosted at a7obra.574.lat. This sync is required so that reports, photos, and project data are available to the rest of the authorized team and to the clients of each project. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

4.Third parties and subprocessors

• Infrastructure provider: our server may be hosted with a hosting provider that acts purely as a technical storage processor, without access to the data for its own purposes.
• The distribution platform (Apple App Store): Apple may collect data related to downloading and running the app under its own policies, independently of A7 Obra Suite. See Apple's privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

5.Data retention

Project data, reports, and photos are kept for as long as they are needed to manage and document the construction projects and for any periods required by applicable law (for example, the company's contractual or warranty obligations). When no longer needed, they are deleted or anonymized.

6.Your rights and how to exercise them

Under applicable data-protection law (including Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012), you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, and deletion, and revoke the authorization you granted:

• Access and rectification: you can review and correct the information of the projects you take part in from the app itself, or request it by email.
• Deletion: write to the address in section 10 to request deletion of your personal data; we will honor it unless a legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep it.
• Device permissions: you can revoke camera and location permissions at any time in your device settings (some features, such as sealing reports, may stop being available).

7.Children

A7 Obra Suite is a professional tool intended for the site team and clients of A7 Arquitectura S.A.S. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us at the address in section 10 so we can delete it.

8.Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: communication with the server uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to each project's data is limited to authorized users, and the server is managed by us. No system is 100% infallible, but we work to minimize risks.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or in applicable law. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, announce it in the app or on the App Store listing. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
